Bushika, Kurt Gamari, Jedidiah Gramlin, John Dunn, Michael G. Denault --- I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Welcome to a meeting of the Stamford Select Board. No matter to discuss that is not included on the agenda, you may do so by addressing the chairperson and stating your name and address. You will notice that all our meetings are recorded, and this is to aid in the summarization of the minutes. Visitors are welcome, and we allow five minutes of comments per visitor and 15 minutes per topic. Discussions will be held in a calm and civilized manner and respectful of others. Select Board members present are Nancy Bushika, Jed Gramlin, and John Dunn. Will there be any adding of items or removing items from tonight's agenda? I have a grand list extension. Will there be any adjustments to the agenda? Such as changing the order of items. And Jed is recording tonight's meeting for his YouTube video. Okay. Hearing of visitors. Regular minutes of June 4th. **Speaker 1:** Motion to approve. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** I hear a second. All in favor. How many of them started this week? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Good time to cut it down versus before it goes to seed. Okay, so now is the time. **Speaker 2:** So we try to get those areas first. **Speaker 3:** Cars step on the roads, not leading the street. What's that? Not leading the streams, car steps. Oh, I thought the Japanese, not what was that bamboo stuff on the side. **Speaker 4:** Yeah, it's on some sides of the road. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Oh, okay. The stream bank. Yeah, yeah. Because one of the places that's really bad now, it's not in Stamford, but I was always wondering why they don't do it. It's between Clutchford and North Adams. It's getting ridiculous. Beaver Street, yeah. You can't even walk down the sidewalk there. **Speaker 5:** It's just, it's precipitating its way down the stream. **Speaker 3:** Yeah. Every storm breaks the seed, especially if we get a storm. Sure. Okay. **Speaker 3:** We're always pulling it out. Yeah. And it's within the perimeters of the park. Better to pull it before you cut it, right? I mean, it gets really rooted in there. Does it? Okay. **Speaker 3:** The best way to kill it overall is to cut it down and cover it with tarp. Yeah. I mean, we made wine out of it. It's good. Yeah. I mean, it is. You know, you got to find a good spot for that because you can't get it on the sides of the road. Yeah. But the parsnip is the yellow one on the side of the road that'll burn your, some people, so if you're sensitive to it, skin and eyes and stuff. Okay. Especially if you weed whack it. Yeah. Yellow. Yellow flowers. Probably comes out early, early August, maybe late July. Yeah. That's the one that, I mean, the state in particular, just right down the road because they mow it when it's at seed. Yeah. And then just September. Well, I noticed that the state is way behind you guys when they mow it. **Speaker 3:** Yeah. Yeah. They're pushing it right along. You just think that, especially Vermont would understand that. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** They've seen that. I know there's no wine, but it really should be mowed, if they want to mow it late, they should mow it early too. Mow it, if you mow it, I don't know what he said. **Speaker 4:** So it doesn't kill it. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** It doesn't kill it. It doesn't kill it. **Speaker 5:** It doesn't kill it. **Speaker 3:** Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's just a matter of how you manage it. To some extent. I mean, you're going to get some. Yeah. I just, I tell everyone, you know, I'm all about rewilding. I mean, look at my yard. The back is lawn grass. I don't cut it. But up by the road, within, you know, 25 feet, the edge of the road, mow it. Yeah. **Speaker 3:** Because that stuff will come in. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. **Speaker 6:** Yeah. **Speaker 7:** Yeah. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Well, I got it out in my camp a little bit. And now I don't want it, you know, and that's where we got it to make wine, which is good **Speaker 3:** to make, you know, Yeah. Yeah. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** What else, Dave? We got a copy of your. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** ... work invitation to bid over there uh you want to talk about it yeah this is for the culver so um you're all set with it you just gave it to us **Speaker 2:** you can look it over or he was going to send them uh **Speaker 8:** invitation yeah in this if you throw it you'll see that we're gonna do the trucking of the excavated materials and money on it so we can put some of our diamond tractors and **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** that's what we did on the bridge at the lane i think we saved a lot of money when you do that **Speaker 9:** can you use prevailing wages versus our wages well we what we did was we take into consideration **Speaker 2:** our hourly rate all our benefits of the equipment that we're using use the fema rate so for our dump trucks so so even though you pay yourself your work is this much you can say **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** and all that gets your hidden benefits right so we're getting paid back for our equipment yeah it's just too big of a job for our excavator and all i guess what's going on it'd be nice to **Speaker 2:** have a contractor there to do the excavation what else do you have dave recycling good you guys are **Speaker 6:** okay with this bid if we send it out as is yep 2025 they would pay in the next week or two and it would be due in november when tax due date comes i have not been able to get a paving loan 469 000 we need for the paving haven't wanted to touch that one they want me to go through a financial advisor and spend a lot of money in order for them to bid it out and have the banks bid it out i haven't done that it's going to be probably 2500 3 000 to hire this consultant and then i don't um so i can't get the loan the second loan from m's community without going through that financial advisor but they were willing to bid on the tax anticipation note berkshire bank who is now beacon bank they don't want to deal with two separate little loans they are wanting to offer me a line of credit for a five-year term for a five-year term and i'm not 800 000 which would cover the tax anticipation note and the 469 000 that we need for the paving that we could just pay back over the term of five years with people being on vacation and a holiday tomorrow they said they would not be able to get the rate to me for the line of credit until monday so it puts me in kind of a pickle because it's apples and oranges that you're comparing um and i don't have any figure until monday the difficulty i'm having is i need to pay the school **Speaker 10:** like 130 000 by june 30th so i need money which you have but if you have to do that then we don't **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** nobody else will pay your all there won't be bills there won't be yeah so the thing with a line of **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** credit though and i i just i have a lot of credit at the shop so i know the line of credit right now and mine is at four and some change and i'm not sure exactly what it is it's right around four and three quarters somewhere around here which is not bad compared to the four and a quarter so you're gonna pay back in november we're talking the difference between four and a quarter or four and three quarters from now to november are nothing it's zero and it's nowhere near what the three thousand would cost for to go talk to an advisor so i i like adam's bank but i'm against so the lack of credit makes sense on the bank side and it's not going to hurt us we're going to pay it back in november then we're going to have this paving loan at four and three quarters if for some reason we get nervous we can always lock in it's back the other way you flipped it **Speaker 6:** what so 300 000 i would pay back in november to the line of credit correct the 469 000 i'm going to need to pay july august and the voters voted over five years **Speaker 7:** a principal and interest so i would also make schedule those right but you but that is in your **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** mind even though it's on one line of credit it's two separate things for you yeah okay the three what i'm trying to say is the tax anticipatory anticipation law is short term right so we're not going to be borrowing the 800. well they want to do the whole right we are but we're going to pull on the principal in november three hundred thousand yes we can put more if we have more what i'm saying is to me it's a safer bet and then the loan that we were approved for for that for the uh paving is no different and if we we got nervous we could **Speaker 11:** go get another loan later we haven't been approved for the paving have we **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** it's a lot of credit oh yeah okay so we're not going to go over that in november or maybe a little less because we're starting in july at the end of the day though that's under five percent is probably what you're going to get for a payment loan anyways to me that line of credit is smarter easier smoother for you to get an advisor at three thousand dollars i just did it for 10 seconds it's probably worth the deal you know i mean not that i'm an advisor but come on you know we don't need to spend that for a guy to say the exact same thing because what we already know **Speaker 12:** so i think that we should go with the line of credit well do we know we don't know the percentage **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** yet well i think we should go to the line of credit as long as it's not over five and a half **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** percent how's that so uh give her a little leeway yeah so lori will be here monday yeah uh do we give her permission to do this or i would do we we don't want to meet again for that no no **Speaker 13:** what happens we're talking about six well keep in mind that if **Speaker 2:** you don't pay probably within 30 days you're going to start in church **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** correct yes we don't know what the school is good we don't know right after that if we don't pay you what happens right well everybody has to pay we'll say shame well that's right right right yeah yeah send us a delinquent letter from the school right yeah we just didn't have that i don't shoved school down you know what are you gonna do yeah i never understood you know they tell us what to do we just do it you know but anyways thinking wise you're talking even from five for one percent they always tell you it's not worth refinancing so after one percent you start looking but the cost to do this stuff is it it goes up quick when you start doing a loan you start getting the attorneys involved you start getting the supervisors they get money quick you know three percent they get out they get out the money they get a little bit more money when you're you start getting attorneys involved you start getting the supervisors they get money quick you know three $350 an hour goes fast, you know. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So the line of credit, you have a rate. **Speaker 11:** Is the rate fluctuating each year, every month? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** It fluctuates. How much? So that line of credit changes. It could change once a month. It changes. Depending on what the rate is when you take the money. Yes. So it changes, and then mine is for one year. So every year, they look at it again and say, this is, you know, so you're getting a fine due. So it could go up, it could go down. And if you start seeing things going terribly bad, you can go back to the bank and say, I want to get a fixed loan, not getting that 6%, you know, lick your wounds. But we're talking, in five years, this amount of money's not a tremendous amount of interest at five percent, four and a half percent. And you look at what we get the fire truck for, that was over five percent. I don't think it was. Yeah, so we're talking good times for buying, for purchasing, right? I mean, the interest rate keep down. You know, I don't think they're ever going to go down to that, two, three percent, like they used to be. But remember, back in the 1990s, I bought my first house at 9.9%, because I was, all right, it's under 10. So, yeah, we're in a good time right now. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So when can you get this line of credit, or, well, we don't? **Speaker 6:** So, they're going to give the bid to me on Monday. If you want to give Nancy, or Mike, or me, or all of us, or whoever. If they have the authority to approve it and accept it, then they'll fund it probably the last week of June, and I'll be able to pay school. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Now, I hate to throw a wrench in here, but did you go back to Adams and say, do you want to do a line of credit? **Speaker 6:** They don't want to do a line of credit. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** They don't, okay. **Speaker 6:** And they're really reluctant to even do a five-year loan for the paving. Huh. **Speaker 14:** Really. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Do you pay anything before you receive, before you take money out of that line of credit? What are you saying? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** For $800,000. You're not paying interest on the $800,000. Right, you only pay interest on what you take out. Right. Right, what you spent. So the rest of it just sits there. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So, you'll be taking money out, and then putting it back in in November. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I've never taken any out of mine. So I have it, but I've never taken money out of it. They just keep, every year they tell me, here's your new interest rate, or everything. You never know when you might have to buy something. Well, it's nice to have that. You do it when you have the money, and you lock it, and then they can't say no. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Then if things go bad, you say, hey, you approved me. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** And you're not paying interest on it. You're not using it. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I'm a dime. You don't pay a thing, since you're on the side of your bank records. **Speaker 6:** I mean, I even called TD Bank, because our library and a small general account is with TD Bank, to see if they'd be interested. And they said, no, we don't have enough of a working relationship. I don't have enough money in their bank to want to even offer a loan. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** This is fun. It really is. **Speaker 6:** We're a municipality. **Speaker 15:** We're a guaranteed payer. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I mean, you've got taxes coming, right? Everybody in the town has to default on their taxes, or else not to come in. I might go over to a bank in business, just for talents. OK, so we kind of agree. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** The fare truck is 7%. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** 7%, well, there you go. And we were happy for that. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So I think we're all leaning towards the line of credit. Do you want to give Lori, Mike, any anybody want to jump in on this percentage when she gets it? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I mean, if it's, you know, we're talking 7% on the fire truck. I don't see it being any more than 5%. But if it's, I would say, I'd like to make a motion that she can go to the line of credit, as long as it don't go over 5 and 1 half, 6%. You guys tell me. 5 and 1 half? 5 and 1 half. Yeah. And then if it's over that, maybe we'll have to look at it. We don't want to go to 10 and give her . Anyway, she'd come right back to us and go, well, hey, guys. You know? But 5 and 1 half? Yeah. Make a note. 5 and 1 half. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Mike made the motion. Anybody second? Second. Second. I can approve of it. All in favor? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Aye. Aye. **Speaker 11:** Aye. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** All right. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I didn't hear an aye coming out of you. I did. I did. Oh, OK. I did. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Fuck. Lots of paper. Lori and I. **Speaker 12:** You know how much money was back since you've been chairman? **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** I know. **Speaker 11:** A fire truck. **Speaker 16:** She's signing, signing, signing. **Speaker 6:** Even millions, millions. I know. Whoa. So we have a single sign. That's for you guys. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Anything else? So we will. We'll be paying school, we'll be paying a paving loan and a fire warden position. **Speaker 6:** So I called both of our fire wardens who do want to be reappointed. They both said they would drop off letters of interest. Harry Klein did his right away. Mitch has not. I called and left him another reminder asking for him to submit a letter. **Speaker 3:** Isn't that another one where we just suggest to the staff? We recommend it to the state. We recommend it to the state. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** And the only reason we're having the Lori call is because in the beginning of the year we didn't realize that, well, we just put in our new policy that we would advertise in the minutes and hopefully and on our website people would know. Would that be the same for us at this point? Yeah. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** In this power warden office, you don't have the beginning of a chance of finding an alternate person who has the respect and authority of the fire department. Right. What am I going to do? Are they going to call me up and say, yeah, go ahead and burn? So. Call me down and beat me up. Right after you take the qualifying education. Right. Yeah, exactly. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So we should get in touch. **Speaker 6:** Will Mitch come on and get a letter here? I called him today and I hope maybe he would swoop down a letter before the meeting, but, you know. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** How about approving him contingent on the C.V. Sure. Yeah. I'll take the motion to approve Harry and Mitch on contention on Mitch. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah. And did you receive anything from the state yet asking who? All right, just keep it in your file and, okay. **Speaker 17:** Well, once I get something from Mitch, we can help you guys approve. **Speaker 6:** We'll just do a letter. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** These guys, like you said, unless someone on the fire department comes up and goes, hey, I want it, which they talk to each other. **Speaker 6:** They know who's doing it. So who did the motion? Second. **Speaker 3:** Second. All in favor? Yes. Aye. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Dog license update. Lori just gave us the list of Dog owners that are delinquent. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Okay, three select board members, two plant board members. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So do we know anybody? **Speaker 1:** There's a , too, too. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** What's our policy on this? Now we turn it over to, oh, you write letters. I think that's the . **Speaker 6:** I sent out relay notices already. Yep. And it dwindled down quite a bit. Initially, it's kind of tapering on. tapering off. In the past, sometimes you have had me call everybody and say, look, they're going to have to turn over to the dog officer, or you have to get in here or else. And sometimes you just say, turn him over to Luke and let him make all the calls. And I'm happy to do **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** anything. Well, yeah, I think our policy is Luke. When he takes over, is there a fine above then? Or there's another one? I can't remember. I thought we did a $50 fine. The **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** reason why I'm asking is, once we start spending money, energy to do it, there should be something to reimburse the town. So if she's sending out letters, and it takes her a couple hours to do a letter, and we'll take expense of the letters. I'm not trying to be a hard ass on this, because I understand people, they do what they do. And I'm not trying to say, well, let's go after them and make them bankrupt. Right. This should... You know, when there's... We talk about this with taxes, too. The people that do it the first time have to do it, and they do it. And then when you just let things go, it's not right. I've been in the same boat. I've been on that side where they said, hey, you got to pay your taxes, or you got to pay your home. I missed my taxes, and I thought my wife was paying it. She thought I was paying it. I missed it. I didn't come down and say this bullshit. I haven't. If you're a one-time offender, you can take your lessons that you're doing it habitually. Yeah. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So... **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I'll keep paying the money. And there's a lot more to the dog's problems, that's for sure. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So you're saying that we should let Luke call, do it? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Well, I'm just saying, I don't... Well, that's why I asked. How many... So we tell everybody at the beginning of the year when we send out the letter, here's your time to pay your dog from... **Speaker 15:** Laurie sends them out automatically. It comes off the computer. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** And then we send them another letter. **Speaker 6:** We know. Not yet. We've sent them one reminder notice. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** So we send them a reminder. Okay. And... **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** So they were supposed to do it by April 1st. Then we send them a reminder. We send a reminder to only the people that didn't pay, correct? **Speaker 6:** Only the people who didn't license their dog. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** So now it's separate. **Speaker 6:** And then usually one of us calls her. So if you give it all to Luke, he'll make initial phone calls and try and get everyone in here. And then after a couple of weeks, whoever has still not licensed their dog, he'll send out the fine notices. And that's when it's... **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Let's see what our policy is. I can't remember because we've changed it so many times. What happens if it goes right to Luke to do? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** And if we do have to make calls, it probably should be Luke. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Luke gets paid to be the dog officer. Let him do it. And Laurie has enough to do on her plate. That's why she asked him. Dave, if he wants to call for the dog. He's got so much to do. We should do it. These are your areas. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Laurie, can you look at the policy? What's our next step? Luke, and I'm pretty sure it might be him. **Speaker 11:** We should follow the policy. We've had this list in previous years go into August, September. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** We're almost there. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** When we had the other one, we didn't even have a policy. We sure didn't follow it. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** So let's turn this over to Luke. I'm pretty sure that's what it says. But I'll update the, I'll take the dogs off that should be on it. I just can't believe people get these notices. Why don't they just call and say, my dog died? Oh, sorry. **Speaker 12:** It's... **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** I did though. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** No, yeah, it did. You know, in the same instance too, right? Yeah. There might be a call or something. You know, you weren't there. Yeah. You got some message. You said, I'll call tomorrow. And I do it all the time. People leave me messages. I mean... **Speaker 12:** Yeah. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** If you try to call me, you know, I don't answer the phone. I wait, you know. I feel like I could call my own doctor. Never mind. **Speaker 18:** Yeah. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I forget constantly. Yeah. Like I said, it's not being hard on you. We do have to follow up. **Speaker 11:** Turn to Luke. **Speaker 6:** I think in everybody's boxes, you have the revenue and expense reports. It's not really the first six months because it doesn't encompass the last payroll and billing in June. But it does give you a good representation of where we're at with income coming in and expenses going out. Yeah. **Speaker 6:** If you have questions, if you want to come in and sit with me or call me, I'd be happy to go over anything that you're unsure about. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Did anything jump out at you like, oh my gosh? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** You know what jumps out at me right now? It's zero, but it says Klondike bread jammers coming in. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Oh, well, because this comes right off the block. I should inactivate. This just comes **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** right off. Oh my goodness. Penny here, penny there. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Why is it sitting there? Other correspondence? That's it? Old business. Can we check out the Riggies and see if they're okay? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Oh, that's right. I thought they said they were going somewhere. Oh, okay. Oh, that's right. I was arguing with our panel about that. Yeah. No, they weren't going to come. They had a blast meeting or something there. I just said they weren't going to be here. Okay. It's an excuse to ask, so you don't have to go. Yeah, yeah. We've got two more. Yeah. New business. All right. **Speaker 3:** Okay. We've got two more. We've got two more. We've got two more. We've got two more. We've got two more. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** We've got two more. **Speaker 3:** We've got two more. We've got two more. We've got two more. We've got two more. **Speaker 19:** Yeah. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** New business. All right. The grant list still is not done. We applied for an extension two weeks ago, and I should have put 30 days instead of assuming two weeks because things happened. So I'm requesting a seven-day extension. Talk to... Did you get the letter from the state? No. Maybe I should have emailed it to you. They took your two-week extension, and they granted you a 30-day extension on the state's end. Yeah. Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. **Speaker 6:** Thank you. Thank you. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Thank you. **Speaker 6:** Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. **Speaker 11:** Thank you. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Thank you. Thank you. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Okay. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** I thought I emailed it to you, but perhaps not. Because I remember thinking, wow. Okay. Now it was a whole month. You should have asked for two months. You would have worked. Okay. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Well, can we sign it just in case... **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah. Sure. Yeah. It won't hurt. Sign away. Yeah, any other new business that you're going to ask about? **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** I mean, I don't know. I had a thought the other day, which was, we were talking about the seniors being able to leave. Hoover would come to Stamford. I know they're not, you know, they're not part of Windham County, but you know, to ask to see if that would be something that maybe once a week could happen. Sure. And that way you could get to, you know, get to Wellington or you get to Bennington. **Speaker 16:** Yeah. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** And if I'm not mistaken, they definitely go through Reesboro and I thought I saw them in Halifax. So if they go to Halifax, I mean, come on, they should be able to come here. **Speaker 18:** Our roads are better. And the Ubers. **Speaker 1:** Movers. Movers. So I believe the last stop is the Reesboro end. Like I don't think they come any further south than that. Do they go, but when they go from there, do they head to Searsburg and back up or do they come around? I'm not sure. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. **Speaker 20:** I've always been in Searsburg. **Speaker 1:** I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been in Searsburg. I've always been at the Reesboro end at a few times. I've seen them there. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah. Do you want to check into that? I'd like to check into that. **Speaker 21:** They were like, oh. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah, it wouldn't hurt. Yeah, me and my cat. Just kind of cool. Just one more thing that we can actually do that wouldn't be too bad. There's another thing, too, of the Green Mountain Express. **Speaker 22:** I know people have taken that. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Another thing too, of the Green Mountain Express. I know people have taken that. I don't know if you have to be sick to go to doctor's appointments, but I, it's Green Mountain Express, and I. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I'll take a look at it. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah. I know somebody that had. Emma, we pay our taxes down, **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** all the way down to this end of the state, y'all. Wouldn't hurt to have something. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah, we can get some information on that too. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Will do. **Speaker 1:** Yep, it's an exit service. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** There you go. Yep. **Speaker 11:** Good business. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Any other. You could use Russ's video. That's good. Yeah. He'll get one of the magnetic stickers. Yeah. Bob would find what he can get. He wouldn't mind at all. No, he wouldn't mind at all. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah, that's fair enough. Any other new business? **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** Motion to adjourn. Second. Second. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Third. Oh, now we can't blame it on you, Mike, for. It's never been my fault. It's you. Oh. It's you. It's summer hours, right? Summer hours. Here you go. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** As the best looking, most honest, charismatic, intelligent. Thank you. Board member here, I ship. Oh, I forgot. I thought he was like, you know, **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** buttering up Nancy here. No, no. I was talking about himself. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I forgot. I'll say no. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** I'm looking for some boots. No, no. I'm just getting deep. **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** I'm looking for boots. Thank you. That was nice. I was wondering if you were going to be a comedian or a machine worker or not. Yes. What is the way you're going to work? **Speaker 3:** We're still recording. Art History Archive. What is it? Shambles or is that anything in the order? **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** You've got to get back to talking. We're working with Julie Mundy, principal, so we can get down there. We're still working on organizing. **Speaker 3:** I have a request from a prominent education or a way to look up family. Yeah. OK. Yeah. What's her name? The other day, the right-handed . **Speaker 6:** Why don't they pick an easy one? It says, great, great, great, great. Great, great, great, great. Oh. **Speaker 3:** Yeah. She contacted me. She said, come on behind me. Sometimes, I can't come when she's not there. No. You're up there. She won't hold me. We're going to have an eight ACs. . I took the picture. We've got to get back to work. It was kind of a home comical. It was . It's a tempered . I went in with a . Yeah. . Yeah, that's what I'm . I'm not supposed to then try to get a home. I don't know what to say. Come on. We need to get you that one. The home comical works out, man. Do you think we can go rolling? I don't know what to say. I really don't. You know, I was looking for the the library I know, they don't know. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** That's them. I don't know if they put that. **Speaker 3:** Someone just never brought it back. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** It shouldn't have gone out to begin with. They just have a library copy. **Speaker 3:** Right, and they used to be in a section I hadn't been in a library in a while. It was in a section where you can't take these dollars. I mean, Trish Carlson might be borrowing one. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Yeah, it should be. **Speaker 3:** I was looking for it in the building. **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** Here in Vermont, Sampler, the red one and there's a blue one. And I don't even know about it. Tommy's tree stump. That, that's right. Mother on the Hill. That was John Gumshrider. Yeah. Yeah, well, you know. There's five tree stumps at Thomas Garage. Five trees. Decent size. They're right there by the garage. All the things are out there. When I looked at them, I said, with the rope and everything, it would be perfect. 13 unibars. They climbed up and dropped them. They didn't pick up the wood, but, you know, there's like three spruce, which I'm going to just cut in front of them. Remember that? They're not too big. They didn't care about it. **Speaker 2:** There's probably half a quarter wood there. Well, no, I'm cutting one piece. I had a great question. I wasn't marked. So, I saw the neighbor and I'm like, I just want to make sure we're on the same page with this line. And he agreed. I got down. I wanted to talk to another guy who was looking for firewood. I said, I saw the rope. Let me know when you're done with that one. So, it's just, you know... Yeah. Steven. So he says, your boy is busy, he says, my boy is busy, he says, well I want to do my **Michael G. Denault (inferred):** roof up there, he says, I want to do my roof, because he did Danny's bathroom, and he said everything was great, now that's word of mouth, that's all, he's got license, I'm sure of nothing, he can't get rid of that, that's good work, that's how he does it, you know, that's how he does it, you know, that's the way to be, good, honest man, to me that's **Nancy L. Bushika (Chair):** a bunch of, because the church comes, it's still alive, it's still alive, he might never turn this around. Thank you, Mike.
